Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a deposit or payment made on Aston Africa can be refunded or an order cancelled, and how that process works alongside our Escrow Terms.

Before a Deposit Is Paid

You may withdraw a bid or cancel a Buy Now order at any time before a deposit payment is made, with no charge.

After a Deposit Is Paid

Once a deposit is held in escrow, cancellation eligibility depends on order stage:

• Before the seller confirms the order — full deposit refund.
• After export documentation has started — a processing fee may be deducted to cover work already completed.
• After the vehicle has shipped — deposits are non-refundable except where Buyer Protection applies (see below).

Buyer Protection Refunds

If a vehicle materially differs from its listing, or an order is not delivered, funds held in escrow may be refunded per our Buyer Protection Terms. Claims must be raised with support before delivery is accepted.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive a notification once a refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Fees

Platform and export documentation fees already incurred are non-refundable once work has started, except where Buyer Protection applies.
